Dear ROWUSD Families and Community Members,
We would like to inform you of an exciting event scheduled for today at VOE Elementary. 
VOE’s 5th-grade students will celebrate their D.A.R.E. graduation, which will include a special visit from a Black Hawk helicopter that will be landing at the school.
This is a planned and coordinated event intended to recognize our students’ accomplishments. We are sharing this information with our community to prevent any confusion or concern regarding the helicopter presence in the area.
